On the occasion of the centenary of Comrade Deng Xiaoping's birth, Armenian President Robert Sedrakovich Kocharyan, Turkmen President Saparmurat Niyazov, Tajik President Emomali Rakhmonov and Moldavian President Vladimir Voronin sent telegraphs to their Chinese counterpart Hu Jintao respectively, cherishing the memory of the tremendous contributions by Deng Xiaoping and paying high tribute to him. They highly commented the concept of "one country, two systems" put forward by Deng Xiaoping and highly praised his reform and opening-up policy that has enabled China to embark on the road of modernization construction and has played an important role in raising up China's status in the international arena, noting that China's successful experience has become common wealth of the world and is an example for development of many other countries.
