The reception for the 79^th Anniversary of the Founding of the Chinese People's Liberation Army was held at the Kadriorg Palace in Tallinn on 31 July 2006. More than 60 guests including the Estonian government officials, Ambassadors, diplomatic officers and Military Attachés from different diplomatic missions in Estonia were present at the reception. Mr. Jurgen Ligi, Estonian Defense Minister, expressed his sincere congratulations on the occasion and had a warm conversation with H.E. Ambassador Xie Junping, and Military Attaché of Chinese Embassy. The reception was cordial and ceremonious and ended in enjoyment.
