The Shanghai EXPO will be held from May 2010 to October 2010. The Chinese Embassy welcomes officials, foreign staff and foreign journalists of official participants to go to China for working and visiting.

   The correct procedure of visa application for the Shanghai EXPO follows as:

   1.The officials, foreign staff and foreign journalists of official participants should fill in the "Visa Application Form for Participation in Expo 2010 Shanghai China" (hereinafter referred to as the "visa application form",see annex 1), and mail to the Organizer the completed form signed by the Commissioner General of Republic of Estonia. The visa application form can be downloaded from the official website of Expo 2010 (www.expo2010china.com).

   2. After its examination and approval of the visa application form, the Organizer will send to the officials, foreign staff and foreign journalists of official participants a "Letter of Invitation for Expo 2010 Shanghai China"(hereinafter referred to as the "letter of invitation", see annex 2) and an"Expo 2010 Shanghai China Visa Notice Form" (hereinafter referred to as the "visa notice form", see annex 3) with the official seal of the ForeignAffairs Office of Shanghai Municipal People's Government.

  3. The officials, foreign staff and foreign journalists of official participants holding the letter of invitation and the visa notice form should apply for the visa at the Chinese embassy in Tallinn.
