I wish to
extend my sincere congratulation and best wishes to Your
Excellency on the occasion of your re-assumption of the post
of Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Estonia.
Through the joint
efforts of both sides, the bilateral relationship between
China and Estonia has achieved smooth progress and mutual
exchange and cooperation in various fields are continually
expanding since the establishment of diplomatic relations
between our two countries. The first ever State Visit by H.
E. JIANG Zemin, then President of China to Estonia last June
symbolizes a new stage the friendly and cooperative
relationship between our two countries has reached. The
Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China is willing to maintain
close cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of
Estonia and work towards steady development of the
Chinese-Estonian friendly and cooperative
relationship.
May Your
Excellency achieve every success in your
work.
